XR-2500C Pipeline minced meat Liquid Metal detector separator
Features:
1. Metal separation system can separate magnetic and non-magnetic metallic impurities (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) from the pumped liquid or pasty products.
2. Once the metal is detected, the valve will reject the contaminated material to the waste tank. Arc valve rejection device is specifically designed for viscous material. Pneumatic valve is particularly suitable for filling applications containing granular product.
3. Metal separator is connected on a stainless steel rack for desktop or wall mounting. If desired, it can also be equipped on a removable, adjustable height stand.
4. It can be easily integrated into existing pipeline systems by using quick connectors;
5. Relatively small installation volume.
