Product Introduction
The XR-3500D X-ray Inspection System offers precise detection of contaminants in unpackaged products such as nuts, grains, seeds, and frozen fruits. Featuring a 400x100mm tunnel, it utilizes an 80kV, 350W X-ray generator for top-down scanning. With a maximum sensitivity of detecting stainless steel balls as small as φ0.3mm and ceramics/glass balls down to φ1.0mm, it ensures product purity. Operating at conveyor speeds of 10-120m/min, the system is equipped with a 17-inch full touchscreen interface and 48 tunnel air jet rejectors for efficient contaminant removal. Constructed with SUS304 stainless steel and designed for environments ranging from -10°C to 40°C with humidity levels of 30%-90%, it guarantees durability and reliability. The XR-3500D complies with safety standards, maintaining X-ray leakage below 1µSv/hour
